We are looking for experienced and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operators to join our mining operations in Ontario. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of large-scale mobile equipment to support our surface or underground mining activities. Your precision and focus will be critical to meeting production targets, maintaining equipment, and, most importantly, ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues every single day.

- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, including haul trucks, loaders (e.g., scooptrams), bulldozers, graders, and excavators in a mining environment.
- Perform pre-operational inspections (circle checks) and complete required documentation to ensure equipment is in safe working order.
- Adhere to all site-specific safety protocols, procedures, and traffic management plans.
- Work closely with mine operations personnel, maintenance crews, and dispatchers to achieve daily production goals.
- Assist with basic maintenance and lubrication of equipment as required.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards on equipment and in work areas.
- Actively participate in safety meetings and risk assessments (FLRAs).
Job Requirement
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in an industrial, construction, or mining environment.
- Proven experience operating one or more of the following: 100-ton+ Haul Trucks (e.g., CAT 777, Komatsu 930E), LHDs (Scooptrams), Dozers, or Graders.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (DZ license is an asset).
- Strong commitment to safety with a proven track record of safe work practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly over radio.
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
